I'm Saskia. I provide spiritual direction in Perth, Western Australia. Spiritual direction, also called spiritual companioning, is the process of listening deeply with another person as they discern where spirit (or God, the universe, inner self, etc) is acting or moving in their life. I bring a creative and embodied approach to this process and also provide groups where people can experience creative, embodied spiritual practices in a safe space with like-minded peers.​

I trained for spiritual direction in the Tree of Life Spiritual Direction course. I have a 12-Step spirituality which I would describe as embodied and nature-based, with roots in Christian mysticism, Taoism, and earth-based, Universalist Judaism. I have a lived experience of mental health recovery, am LGBTQIA+ friendly and interested in walking with people as they navigate spiritual awakenings, deconstruction, faith transitions, and liberation from cult-like environments. I am also interested in working with atheists or agnostics who want a space to connect with the awe they feel at the natural world.​
